Sui generis arrangements composed of skeletal remains, dried flowers and various crystals, each element from start to finish selected with the highest of intentions and crafted with the energetics of the moment. The majority of the herbs, flowers, and fruits in my pieces I personally forge, harvest, hang, bake, and or mummify; ALL animal bones are ethically sourced, each crystal cleansed and properly prepared, and every frame was either hunted down and/or thrifted and upcycled. I create one-of-a-kind, taxidermy art using rats and mice that have been given a very fabulous second life. My work includes functional pieces like rat coin purses and pencil cases, ranging from fully glammed characters with lashes, rhinestones, and glitter to completely natural pieces in their original “birthday suit.” I also sell small character mice with playful and spooky themes, including burlesque-style stripper mice and literary-inspired designs based on classic gothic stories like Dracula and Frankenstein. In addition, I offer handmade jewelry created from preserved rat parts, such as earrings made from rat paws and bracelets made from rat tails.
